At Petal to the Metal, we specialize in design-forward, full-service wedding florals for couples who value intentional design, refined details, and a highly personalized creative process.
We take on a limited number of weddings each season, allowing us to approach every celebration with care, creativity and attention to detail. Our work is rooted in collaboration, thoughtful sourcing, and creating floral environments that feel immersive and cohesive from start to finish.
While every wedding is unique, the ranges below offer a general sense of investment for commonly requested scopes of work
$5,500-7000: wedding parties of 4-6 on each side, ceremony florals such as grounded arch, partial arch, or pedestal arrangements, ~10 reception tables
$7,000-8,500: statement ceremony floral installations, classic receptions with 10-15 tables with romantic candles, and everything above
$8,500-10,000: our most popular price range; statement ceremony florals, multiple aisle arrangements, 15-20 tables, pops of florals in additional areas such as welcome signage, bars, or lounges, and everything above, full scale Pinterest-worthy tablescapes with candles throughout,
$10,000-12,000: immersive floral design with premium blooms, lush aisle arrangements, larger-scale ceremony installations, upgraded centerpiece styles for 15–20+ tables, and cohesive floral styling across additional spaces like lounges, bars, signage, and staircases, specialty hanging installations, and everything above
$12,000+ : expansive floral design throughout the venue. Suitable for larger guest counts or custom concepts featuring premium blooms, ceiling installations, floral chandeliers, large-scale builds, immersive design moments, and everything above
Elopements | Microweddings
Starting at $4000We offer options for elopements and micro wedding options (up to 50 guests, 5 tables) for couples looking for a simple and frictionless experience for wedding flowers. Typical orders include florals for the couple, ceremony ground arrangements, and centerpieces.
These services are less comprehensive than our full-service option but are still sure to make an impact—simply send over a color palette or some inspiration photos, and we'll take it from there, creating our signature look with seasonal blooms.
Private Workshops
We offer personalized one-on-one floral design workshops in our San Diego studio. These sessions are created for anyone who wants to advance their skills, whether you are preparing to launch a floral business or simply exploring flowers as a creative outlet. Each workshop is customized to your interests and includes guided instruction, hands-on practice, and thoughtful feedback that helps you grow.
Remaining time may be used for a business Q&A if you want insight into topics like sourcing, pricing, or building a client base. We also offer optional add ons, including professional photography of your arrangements, which can elevate your portfolio and help you showcase your artistry.
